Before a session
If you need to cancel, reschedule, arrive late or change the number of players, call the café as soon as you can. We will check the confirmed booking and current availability, then explain the available options.
Refunds and transfers
Good Game Café does not publish a single automatic refund rule for every situation. Where payment has been made, the café will review the confirmed booking, reason for cancellation, time remaining before the session and payment status before confirming whether a refund, transfer, reschedule or other solution is available.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you believe a payment was duplicated, failed but appeared to be deducted, or was captured without a confirmed booking, contact the café immediately with the booking details and payment reference. Do not share PINs, OTPs or sensitive payment credentials by email or message.
Café changes or disruptions
If Good Game Café needs to change or cancel a confirmed session because of an equipment issue, operating interruption or another café-side reason, the café will contact the customer using the details provided and discuss a reasonable reschedule, credit or refund option.
