What you provide
When you use the booking request planner, the site asks for your name, mobile number, date, time, selected gaming format, group size and duration. In this release, that information is not stored by the website. When you choose “Request availability,” your own email application opens with a pre-filled message that you may choose to send to Good Game Café.
How the café uses request details
If you send a booking request by email or contact the café directly, Good Game Café uses the information you provide to respond to the request, check availability, coordinate the session and handle reasonable follow-up about that request.
Payment information
This website does not collect payment-card details, UPI details or other payment credentials. Do not send sensitive payment details by email.
Hosting and usage data
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and web infrastructure may automatically process standard technical and usage information needed to deliver, secure and measure the site, such as page views, browser/device information, IP-derived information and diagnostic logs, in accordance with the provider’s applicable policies.
Sharing
Good Game Café does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate the website, meet a legal obligation, protect people or property, or with your consent.
Your choices
